All You Need to Know About Shipping

HorusRC offers three different services for our customers. You can check which among these services are most applicable to you!
 
1. Standard Shipping/ Express shipping
Should you need a faster delivery time, HorusRC also offers standard/Express shipping.
 
Standard shipping :
service takes between 7 to 10 days depending on your location. It does also come with a standard charge for the expedition of your package delivery. We normally use Hongkong DHL /TNT for standard shipping, but for some remote area, we might change to some special shipping channel, which might take a little longer than the 7-10 days.
 
Express Shipping:
For those who want to have their packages at their doorsteps all the quicker, HorusRC also offers express shipping. It’s the perfect choice for those in a bit of a rush. While the cost incurred is most significant of the three, it is also the fastest option at between 4 and 7 days! That’s because these orders are the top priority.
 
Important Tips: We are happy to provide our cutomsers with faster shipping service. However, there are additional  costs to consider before chooing standard and express option.Orders shipped with an standard/express mail service usually have a higher probability of being stopped by Customs officers and of incurring in higher import duties.
 
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paidy by the recipient of the parcel . Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before your order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
 
 
2. Air Parcel
In most cases, free shipping takes between 10 and 35 business days to arrive at major destinations globally. This is for reference only, however, as most post offices that cater to international airmail have no sure times for delivery.

We now do free shipping for orders under 2kg & Above 30 USD (battery excluded) for many countries.If your country isn’t covered by free shipping, it’s likely that we prioritized the safety and surety of that delivery. HorusRC strives to prioritize reliable delivery over anything else. Should you need to pay a small amount, it’s likely to ensure that your package arrives successfully.
 
HorusRC strives to also afford less costs for our customers to look to the future for the possibility that free shipping covers your country as well.
 
Note:
If the order product and detination country meets the air parcel requirement, you may also be able to enjoy free shipping and the order will be shipped by registered airmail. If you opt for free shipping, we cannot provide you with the tracking number for your order. HorusRC also claims no responsibility for any items lost in transit. For those customers who want to track their orders, suggest to select shipping method with ' Air Parcel with tracking code'. 
 
 
It may take about 10 days to 35 business days to reach your end. If you want to receive the product quickly, better choose Standard or Express Shipping method which may cost you extra shipping.
 
3. DHL/TNT Shipping Promotion
This is a shipping method for some promotion product. We will normally use DHL or TNT for the shipment.
It wil take 2-3 working days for the update of the tracking code. It may take about 9 days to 12 days to reach your end.
For some remote area, we might use some special shipping channel, which might take longer than normal.
 
Note: The shipping covers most countries, but exclude some countries with special delivery requirements according to the logistic company.( some country might not be included by now)

2.My item was in stock when I placed this order and now it is showing "Out of Stock". What happened?

This situation occurs when there is a mismatch between our digital stock counter and the actual stock availability of a product. The stock level in our website is constantly updated, but on some rare occasions the number of units available does not match the actual stock of a product in our warehouses. If you encounter this problem, you are eligible for a full refund or you can wait for the item to be restocked. 
 
3.The delivery of my order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
  • Check the status of your order;
  • If it can be tracked, calculate the number of business days between its shipment date and the current day. Business days refer to the period of time between Monday and Friday and do not include national holidays or weekends;
  • Verify the estimated delivery time of the shipping method you selected;
  • If its estimated delivery time has not passed yet, please wait for some other days.
  • If you have not received your parcel during this period of time, you can confirm that the shipping address is correct;If there are no problems with your address, the delivery of your order may have been delayed by slow Customs, logistics or postal clearance procedures.

4.I rejected my order . What can I do?
If you refuse to accept the goods or refuse to pay customs duties, the goods will be returned to the sender (HorusRC). When the tracking information shows "returned to sender", you may request a refund of your order. We will deduct from the refund amount all charges related to the delivery of the order to the country of destination and its return.

5.Do you ship to PO BOX (APO/FPO/DPO) Address?
We are sorry we don't accept this kind of address for now, please provide us with street address.

6.What is the delivery Time?
Total delivery time = processing time + actual shipping time
  • Processing:Normally 2-3 working days.Before we ship your order , we have to prepare your products, do strict quality control tests and carefully pakage the items.The time it takes to prepare your item for shipping is seperate  from the actual shipping time. Hope you can understand us.
  • Shipping time:The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.When considering actual shipping time, the slowest methods can take between 10 and 35 working days, while express options take between 4 to 7. The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
It is also important to note that we speak of ‘working’ days that exclude holidays and even weekends in the count. As such, there is some variation to be expected due to delays, holidays, peak season rushes, clearances through national customs, flight delays, inclement weather, weekends. 
 
7.All About Shipping Costs
Two elements factor in when talking about shipping costs. The first is where we will have to ship to. The second is how many items we will ship and how heavy they all are.
 
For most of our shipping channel,the logsitc company charged us by size weight/volume weight.Normal formular is as follows ( Length (cm)Xwidth (cm)Xheight (cm)/ 5000 = volume weight in kg)
 
For example, the box size of the our Package box of X9DP is 31cm*32cm*17cm,the volume weight is 3.3kg (31*32*17/5000).Since our package box have some space, if you add 5 more receivers, the shipping cost will still be the same. So we strongly recommend you to order some small items togher with the radio to save some shipping cost.
 
We calculate shipping fees immediately based on a table of destinations and factoring the item weight in kilograms. There is also the differences in rates of shipping companies and these can change without notice. In certain cases, HorusRC mitigates the cost to charge you lower.
 
It’s important to note that we collect full payment in advance and that this includes shipping costs. These costs are strictly non-refundable except as provided under terms of our Delivery Guarantee. If, for instance, a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before it arrives at your door, we immediately contact the courier in order to figure out exactly what happened. We then arrange for a credit refund or (if possible) a retry of the delivery at no cost to you whatsoever.
 
8.What about drop shipping?
HorusRC does offer drop shipping. In fact, we are the preferred provider of electronics and gadgets straight from China. Our drop shipping options allow you to focus on selling quality items while we handle all the more stressful aspects of the business. This is the perfect option for aspiring entrepreneurs.
 
9.Who takes care of paperwork?
Our shipping team ensures that all the necessary paperwork is accurately filled out and filed properly. This ensures you avoid unnecessary delays, hassles, or even extra customs charges when you order an item from us for international shipping. Our team is well-trained to ensure that your experience is smooth and hassle-free.
 
10.All Things Customs & Taxes
The courier that we get to handle deliveries also handles all the necessary paperwork and procedure that customs agencies globally will require. They sometimes opt to contact you should detail need confirming. Should this be the case, you can count on the full assistance of HorusRC.
 
Local sales taxes and import duties are computed when the items ordered have arrived in your country. We can not guarantee or predict the value of the customs duties you may have to pay to receive your order. Please contact your local post office or Customs agency or visit their official help centers to inquire about the customs regulations and tariffs of your country. Orders shipped with an express mail service have a higher probability of being taxed.Should there be necessary payment, these minor surcharges will be informed to you when you received the products.
 
It is important to note that figuring out first hand the specific legality of the items you ordered within your country falls solely on you. This includes the legalities with regard to the importation of said items. We cannot be held liable for any items confiscated by local authorities or any costs and problems incurred and encountered. 11.Return & Refund Information:
All our products come with a full 12-month warranty. You can check for full details in our Terms & Conditions for specifics on our return policies. In the untoward event that there is a quality defect that renders the item purchased unacceptable or unusable during the 12 months after release from our warehouse, we can accept returns. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will examine the item thoroughly to determine whether it can be repaired or even if we can offer a full credit towards a replacement.
 
In such an event that you require repair or credit on an item under warranty, all shipping costs are to be shouldered by you and cannot be compensated for. Any physical damage to an item that is imparted by the user—including but not limited to repair or component modification, flashing of firmware or use of unapproved software—automatically invalidates this warranty.
